Daymare Ita bags use TPU which is a premium alternative to PVC. As a stronger material, it will not yellow or crack.

Thin inserts wear out easily. We developed a thicker insert with two layers. The top layer is black felt, which doesn't show pin holes easily when you rearrange your layout. The bottom is a sturdy material to make sure your layout is flat, and your pins are supported.

Your order will ship out from Canada within 1-7 business days of placing your order. We ship everywhere in the world! Every item is packaged with care. Smaller items are placed in a bubble mailer and larger items in strength tested boxes.
If you need your item(s) quickly email me for priority shipping options. Please keep in mind Daymare is run by only one person, - that's me - Jess! I am here for you and customer service is my TOP priority!

Easy Returns
Every item is packaged with care and in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item contact us for a prompt replacement.
You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)..
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
